This website is operated by Belaure, based in Ontario, Canada. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Belaure. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Online store

You must be at least the age of majority in your province of residence to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products and personalization

We make every effort to show our jewelry accurately. Colours, finishes and sizes may look slightly different depending on your screen, and freshwater pearls and natural stones vary from piece to piece.

For personalized pieces, you're responsible for checking the spelling, capitalization and characters of every name or message before placing your order. We engrave exactly what you enter at checkout. Personalization is limited to the characters shown on each product page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item that is no longer available. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Belaure or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belaure is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your province.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
