Where we ship

Belaure currently ships to addresses in Canada only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with tracking. Priority shipping is available at checkout for personalized pieces.

Delivery times

• Personalized jewelry (engraved names and messages) is made to order in 3 to 5 business days, then delivered in 4 to 8 business days with standard shipping, or 2 to 5 business days with priority shipping.
• Other jewelry usually arrives in about 2 to 3 weeks.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of carrier delays. For Christmas, we recommend ordering personalized pieces by December 4 and other jewelry by November 27.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized pieces, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Address

Please check your shipping address before you complete your order. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice a mistake, write to us right away at sotocamiloa24@gmail.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 15 days of the delivery date and we'll help you. See our Refund Policy for details.
